What motivates us
Besides the content of the presentation, the media of the presentation is interesting to me. The rapid hand-drawing of the graphics compels attention. Vi Hart has been using a similar technique to really get people's attention about mathematics -- but she also talks really fast, which compels your attention even more thoroughly.
